Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury mens apparel sales by building long term customer relationships, delivering personalized styling and wardrobe solutions, and achieving high sales volumes through proactive client development and full store selling.

Responsibilities

  • Sell across the entire store to wardrobe customers from head to toe
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and acquire new customers
  • Consistently deliver extraordinary service and exceed sales and service targets
  • Build and grow a loyal personal client base through ongoing clienteling
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price change tasks
  • Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods for events and follow up
  • Collaborate with team members to support department goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in a commission sales environment
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
  • Expertise in establishing customer relationships and strong client service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
