Requirements- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
- Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
- Leverage social media platforms to promote as a fashion influencer and build personal brand.
- Skilled at using technology to strengthen relationships and drive client acquisition.
- Proactively reach out to clients to share new fashion trends and merchandise.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
- Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
- Initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries to maximize selling potential.
