Sales Consultant - Men's Wear

As a Sales Consultant in Men's Wear at Holt Renfrew, you will develop deep, long-lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty in a fashion-driven environment. You will be responsible for delivering extraordinary service and achieving a minimum sales target of $1MM per year, with the potential for unlimited earnings through full commission.

• Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by engaging customers.
• Cultivate new customers and introduce them to Holt Renfrew.
• Stay updated on fashion and style trends to advise clients.
• Focus on understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product and style expertise to satisfy customer needs.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and related sales support tasks.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and privacy regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledgeable in wardrobing and styling techniques.
• Expertise in establishing customer relationships that translate into sales.

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of three years experience in a commission sales environment.
• Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred.
