• Sell from the entire store and provide comprehensive wardrobe solutions for customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, introducing new clients to Holt Renfrew.
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to all customers.
• Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients through various methods regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-ups.

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques.
• Expertise in establishing customer relationships that translate into sales.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
• Flexible work schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a commission sales environment.
• Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred.
