Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers consistently
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Attend product knowledge, vendor, and company training sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when needed
- Comply with health and safety policies and requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborative team player who works well with others
- Use of social media to build a personal fashion brand
- Skilled with multiple technology channels to engage clients and drive acquisition
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across store merchandise categories
- Proactive about staying informed on new merchandise deliveries
