Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing and servicing customers. The role focuses on building client relationships and providing outstanding customer service in a luxury boutique.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales objectives and develop a clientele network.
• Capture and maintain client information to support boutique relationships and sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop basic pen repair and after-sales service skills.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trusting customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• English and Mandarin bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach, bend, occasionally use a ladder, and lift or unpack large boxes.
