Summary
Ambassador of the Maison responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. Develops and cultivates client relationships, supports boutique operations, and represents the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during and after sales, adapting approach to client needs
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up
- Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking initiatives
- Assist with daily boutique set up, merchandising, displays and back stock maintenance
- Participate in inventories, cycle counts and audit preparations
- Assist with special projects including price changes and back office responsibilities
- Remain current on industry news and competitor activity
- Comply with security and operational policies and escalate client issues as needed
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail service or hospitality
- College degree preferred
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
