• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming experience for all clients
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling and capture client data
• Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
