Sales Associate

Summary

The Part-Time Sales Associate delivers exceptional client experiences on the sales floor, builds and nurtures customer relationships, and works to exceed sales goals. This role requires strong product knowledge, confident selling skills, and the use of technology for client outreach and virtual selling. The associate also supports store operations, merchandising, and events to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and styling guidance to drive sales.
• Build and maintain customer correspondence and relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Utilize technology and virtual selling tools to reach clients and showcase product assortments.
• Drive full-price volume across key product pillars and meet individual sales targets.
• Support inventory activities, merchandising, special events, and store projects as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Requirements

• Relevant retail or customer-facing experience preferred with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for selling and delivering hospitality.
• Comfortable using computers and retail technology; familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, lift up to 30 lbs., and use ladders as required.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
