Summary

Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets at the River Oaks District boutique. The role requires strong eyewear product knowledge, providing personalized recommendations, and supporting both in-store and online customer experiences. Associates will assist with minor adjustments and help maintain a polished store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay current on industry trends, product features, warranties, and attend training sessions.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and maintain store presentation.
• Support omnichannel services to ensure a seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and prior luxury or eyewear sales preferred.
