Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor delivers exceptional customer service and consistently achieves sales targets while mentoring and training other sales associates. This role focuses on developing and maintaining a client book, using CRM tools, and supporting store operations to ensure high standards of merchandising and customer experience. The position requires strong digital literacy, POS proficiency, and the ability to represent the brand at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by analyzing individual business and implementing action plans to generate and reactivate clients.
• Build and maintain a client book and manage customer correspondence and CRM tools.
• Mentor and train Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and sales techniques.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately; complete administrative tasks such as transfers, consignments, and reservations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards, replenish best sellers, and support inventory cycle counts and shrink control.
• Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, returns, and may open/close the store and lead team meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• High school degree required.
• Proven sales orientation with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and strong digital literacy.
• Ability to advise and support a sales team; foreign language skills a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
