Job Description

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales through clienteling, product knowledge, and maintaining store operations. The role supports a welcoming store environment, assists with merchandising and stockroom organization, and participates in achieving individual and store KPIs. Must be flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Create an inviting guest ready environment for clients
  • Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling
  • Capture client data and perform regular client follow up
  • Support store operations including sales floor and stockroom organization
  • Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
  • Experience generating sales and building client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Ability to operate POS and navigate Microsoft Office suite
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
