Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Operate cashier and provide sales support
• Merchandise and maintain product presentation

• Perform regular lifting and movement of merchandise up to role limits
• Participate in on-the-spot interview and hiring processes

Requirements

• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and use of hands
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and heavier occasionally for stock roles
• Customer service skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work retail hours and attend hiring event
• Ability to follow store procedures and direction from leadership
