Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Meet and exceed sales and service targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base; acquire new clients and perform follow-up after sales.
• Attend product, vendor and store training sessions and workshops.
• Execute merchandising, visual resets, price changes and related floor tasks.
• Proactively communicate with clients about store events, product requests and post-sale follow-up.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to sales management when needed.
• Comply with health, safety, privacy and cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Active use of social media to build a personal brand and client network.
• Proficiency with multiple technology channels and customer apps, including Holt Renfrew 360.
• Broad product knowledge across store categories and awareness of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Proactive in staying informed of new merchandise to maximize sales potential.
