Summary

Provide exceptional, personalized service to customers in a luxury retail environment. Promote and sell merchandise, maintain high standards of presentation, and support daily store operations to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored customer service and build lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up
• Meet individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately following cash handling procedures
• Support receiving, replenishment, and general stock organization to keep the sales floor stocked and tidy

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic numeracy and experience handling transactions
