Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, floor upkeep, fitting room upkeep, and other operational requirements.
• Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks including reaching and crouching, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
