Summary
Deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets for the boutique. Act as a Maison ambassador by cultivating client relationships, supporting daily boutique operations, and participating in store events and trainings.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting clients and maintaining product knowledge
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Support after sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist with boutique set up, merchandising, displays, and back-stock maintenance
- Participate in inventories, cycle counts, and prepare for audits
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office tasks
- Comply with security and operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail
- Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday and one weekday regularly
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency with computers, internet, and MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel for trainings and client events
