As a Sales Associate at Balenciaga Short Hills Mall, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the brand's philosophy and values. • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
