Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Associate at Watchfinder Soho, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting the unique services offered by Watchfinder.

Responsibilities
  • Host clients and stakeholders, providing personalized customer experiences.
  • Exceed client expectations through creative and innovative approaches.
  • Introduce clients to various services, including part-exchange, while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Develop personal clientele through effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
  • Maintain knowledge of Watchfinder's history, products, and partnerships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the boutique.
  • Ensure the boutique meets global operating standards and support team organization.
  • Lead the appraisal process for timepieces involving part-exchange, ensuring accurate processes.
Requirements
  • Background in sales or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Curious, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Result-oriented, driven, and accountable.
  • Organized and disciplined with the ability to handle diverse tasks.
  • Strong understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experiences.
  • Open, outgoing personality with perfect manners.
  • Eager to learn and grow, with good interpersonal skills.
