Summary

As a Sales Associate on the Summer Flex program at the Stanford Shopping Center store, you will provide friendly, guest-focused service to drive sales and create a welcoming shopping experience. This seasonal role focuses on assisting customers, styling product, and supporting store operations during high-traffic summer months.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests on the sales floor, deliver personalized service, and drive sales to meet store goals.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle returns according to store policy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish inventory, and ensure the sales floor is neat and presentable.
• Support fitting room management, product placements, and teamwork to achieve daily store objectives.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; 1+ years desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry merchandise as needed, and work in a fast-paced environment.
