Summary
Provide exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador at the Topanga boutique, reporting to the General Manager. Drive sales and clienteling initiatives while supporting daily store operations and after sales service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and represent the brand in all interactions
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Capture client data and develop genuine client relationships
- Maintain client relationships through follow up communications and after sales service
- Support team efforts to generate new clients while maintaining existing accounts
- Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and maintenance
- Develop and participate in business driving initiatives, contests and events
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment; luxury retail preferred
- Understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
- Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multitask
- Entrepreneurial, sales focused, positive and outgoing personality
