Sales Associate - Tysons Corner

Summary

Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales and product assistance on the Home floor at a Tysons Corner store. Deliver an elevated customer experience by understanding product assortment, demonstrating items, and helping customers make purchasing decisions. Support store visual standards and sales goals while maintaining a well-stocked, organized selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend home products to drive sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock displays, and ensure product presentation is visually appealing.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle returns per store policy.
• Collaborate with the Home team on inventory accuracy, floor moves, and promotional setups.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in home or department store environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform light stockroom duties.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS and inventory systems.
