Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels in Costa Mesa, you will play a vital role in achieving sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales. You will be responsible for developing a network and a loyal clientele, attending social functions, and inviting clients to events to generate new business.

• Achieve sales goals and balance daily business with High Jewelry sales.
• Develop a network and loyal clientele through community engagement and social media.
• Manage CRM initiatives, including client data capture and communication on novelties and events.
• Assist in display setup and breakdown, ensuring product safety and aesthetic quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on after-sales services.
• Adhere to Maison policies and procedures regarding security and client services.
• Share Van Cleef & Arpels history and collection information with clients.

• 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury or sales environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and establish effective customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
