Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Van Cleef and Arpels on Fifth Ave, you will play a key role in a fast-paced luxury environment, developing long-lasting client relationships and providing excellent service. Your natural curiosity for people and strong communication skills will contribute to your success in achieving sales goals and building a network of loyal clients.

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
• Assist in display setup and breakdown, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.
• Travel as required.

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
• 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
