Summary

Sales Associate at the Vancouver Outlet responsible for supporting store operations, driving sales, and delivering an elevated customer experience. Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client journey and foster repeat business through follow up
• Initiate regular client contact and respond to inquiries and events
• Support collaboration and communication with colleagues and management
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
