Summary
Provide high quality client service and represent the brand as a sales ambassador at the Alberni Street boutique. Develop personal clientele, support store operations including cash handling and key-holder duties, and work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and follow up.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions and community presence
- Develop and maintain personal clientele with consistent follow up
- Assist clients with selections and the try-on process
- Achieve and where possible exceed monthly sales targets
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening and closing and cash handling
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and visual standards
- Use POS and CRM systems proficiently and assist with inventory and special projects
- Provide prompt attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients
- Support team by multitasking and prioritizing store needs
Requirements
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- 2 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
- Excellent selling and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform key-holder responsibilities and handle cash
- Ability to operate under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Strong team working skills and independent work ethic
- Familiarity with POS and CRM technology is a plus
- Passion for sales footwear and accessories with strong attention to detail
