Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance within assigned areas of the store
• Support sales efforts and aim to meet sales goals including earning commission on sales
• Refer customers to specialized colleagues for additional services or expertise
• Work various shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
• Maintain product knowledge across departments such as accessories menswear womenswear jewelry watches and gifting
• Contribute to a friendly on the job learning environment and collaborate with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
