Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing face to face customer service across concierge, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter, and fitting room roles during the holiday season. Positions are full time or part time with on the job training and require flexibility to work mornings afternoons evenings and weekends through late December. Associates collaborate with store teams to deliver exceptional shopping experiences in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and provide directions
• Operate point of sale technology to process purchases and payments
• Perform concierge and reception duties including managing inquiries and processing gift cards
• Wrap customer purchases to company giftwrapping standards
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and return stock to proper locations
• Assist sales staff with locating additional sizes and customer needs
• Respond to phone or email inquiries within 24 hours when required
• Stand and move about the store for prolonged periods while delivering excellent service

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Attention to detail and physical ability to stand and move during shifts
• Ability to operate store POS technology with training provided
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Available for holiday season employment through late December
