Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for building customer relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, maintaining store standards for image product and operations, and delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Increase brand and product knowledge and master selling skills
• Maximize sales opportunities across all categories
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as brand ambassador
• Capture customer data and maintain long term client relationships
• Participate in in store and promotional events and community outreach
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving transferring and stock takes
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Proficiency with retail sales systems Word Excel and email
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy positive personality with ability to drive results
