Sales Associate - West County

Summary

Hiring event for multiple sales and support roles including lingerie, womens apparel, mens apparel, seasonal sales, and seasonal stock and fulfillment at the West County Center location. On the spot offers may be made and applicants are invited to attend the hiring event between 11AM and 5PM without an appointment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and provide product recommendations.
• Process transactions and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards.
• Support seasonal stock replenishment and fulfillment tasks.
• Participate in fitting room and lingerie floor duties as needed.
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to team performance.

Requirements

• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to participate in on site interview process at the hiring event.
