Summary

Join the store team to support sales and customer service across departments including lingerie, women's apparel, men's apparel, kidswear and shoes, handbags and accessories, and jewelry. Participate in hiring event interviews with potential for on the spot offers and contribute to a high service retail environment focused on customer experience and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor
• Engage customers to drive sales and achieve performance goals
• Support merchandising and replenishment tasks
• Assist with fitting room and product presentations
• Process transactions and handle point of sale operations
• Participate in hiring events and on the spot interviews as needed
• Collaborate with team members across departments

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Basic math and cash handling ability
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods
