Sales Associate supporting Womens Ready To Wear providing excellent customer service on the sales floor. Responsible for building rapport with clients, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to store sales goals while maintaining the visual presentation of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide styling recommendations for womens ready-to-wear merchandise.
• Drive sales through personalized service, product knowledge, and follow-up to build client relationships.
• Maintain sales floor presentation and assist with merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling merchandise; basic POS experience preferred.
