Summary

Customer-facing sales role focused on women's ready-to-wear. Provide personalized styling and product knowledge to drive sales and create an exceptional shopping experience. Support visual merchandising and maintain store floor standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling to customers to achieve sales goals.
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and alterations referrals.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock inventory, and execute floor moves.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Support receiving, inventory counts, and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's apparel.
• Strong customer service, communication, and styling skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
