Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and upsell targets through clienteling and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and accurately ticketed.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and support daily floor operations and inventory activities.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
