Summary

Provide attentive sales and customer service on the women's ready-to-wear floor at the Fashion Valley store. Engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales through product knowledge and styling assistance. Maintain an inviting sales floor and support visual merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock the sales floor, and ensure product presentation.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and support back-of-house tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in women's apparel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic POS and cash-handling experience and ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods.
