This full-time role is based at the King Of Prussia store and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend footwear and accessories.
• Provide professional fitting, styling advice, and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock inventory, and ensure the sales floor is organized.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting boxes as needed.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
