Summary

The Sales Associate delivers exceptional client service and drives individual and store sales at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets store. The role combines styling and product expertise, clienteling, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Provide an elevated client experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and follow-up.
• Build client relationships and capture client information to encourage repeat business.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and store-ready.
• Collaborate with colleagues and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
