Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations for children's apparel and accessories.
• Assist with sizing, fittings, and styling for children and caregivers.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock inventory, and keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
• Support loss prevention and follow store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
