• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Support fitting room operations and maintain a clean, safe sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably 1-2 years in apparel or children's wear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic cash handling and POS experience; ability to stand for extended periods.
