Summary
The Sales Consultant develops deep, long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales service and loyalty. They deliver extraordinary service through product and style expertise across the store and aim to achieve a sales volume of at least $1,000,000 annually while working on commission.
Responsibilities
- Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
- Develop long term customer relationships by engaging customers
- Cultivate new customers and introduce them to the store
- Keep abreast of fashion and style trends and translate them into advice for clients
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
- Comply with health and safety policies and requirements
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and cyber security measures
- Work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in a commission sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
- Expertise in establishing customer relationships and strong emotional sales skills
- Highly collaborative team orientation
- Entrepreneurial competitive self confident and self motivated
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
