Sales Associate - Yorkdale

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales through clienteling, product knowledge, and excellent service in a high-end retail environment at the Yorkdale location. Role supports store operations, maintains visual and stockroom standards, and contributes to a collaborative team culture. Must be flexible to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional client service and ensure the store is guest ready
• Build sales through styling expertise, seasonal trends, and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling, capture client data, and cultivate client relationships
• Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand DNA and product offering
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Basic computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office navigation
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
