Summary

Sales Associate (Fashion Advisor) position based at the CHANEL Yorkdale Boutique (Holt Renfrew). This is a full-time, fixed-term contract through July 2027 covering a maternity leave. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury client service, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and proactively pursue sales to meet personal and boutique targets.
• Support boutique operations including back-of-house tasks and assisting with alterations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Ensure accurate client follow-up and data capture to optimize the client journey and after-sales service.

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service with a track record of driving sales.
