Job Overview

The REZA team is seeking a Sales Coordinator. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily operations, and helping to drive sales growth. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Head of Client Relations with all client interactions including correspondence, coordinating with billing and production. Other responsibilities include managing the client database, maintaining packaging inventory, and assisting with client events. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented, have the focus and ability to learn software platforms, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. The role needs someone obsessed by client satisfaction and is fully attuned with the needs and expectations of HNWI. This role has a deep focus on Client Database Management. A successful coordinator will be extremely rigorous at keeping meticulous notes and records. Has the ability to learn software programs based in client management and has excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. This role requires a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, passion for beautiful design, and an obsession with luxury client satisfaction. This role acts as a brand ambassador at all times which requires a sophisticated and refined demeanor at all client facing moments.

Responsibilities:

Client Appointments, Database, Events

  • Responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the showroom. including visual merchandising
  • Deliver an exceptional welcome to the client upon the start of their REZA journey and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit
  • Create detailed records of client appointments and follow up task lists
  • Provide client follow-up and client maintenance
  • Work with clients and sales team to coordinate appointments
  • Support the team during client-facing events
  • Ability to use software programs to create Event Guest Lists
  • Partner with EA of our CEO to manage studio supplies inventory including replenishment needs, order process, and optimal storage organization
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data, logging all communication and interactions in Salesforce.
  • Assist with events and special projects
  • Understand and comply with security and operational procedures (e.g. product handling, inventory control, transaction processing including invoices, etc.)
  • Assist Sales Team in preparing invoices, sales orders and communicating crossdepartmentally to ensure that we provide the utmost client services.

  • Assist in managing inventory (excluding jewelry)

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a professional environment required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong proficiency in Software Platforms, Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
