Job Overview
The REZA team is seeking a Sales Coordinator. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily operations, and helping to drive sales growth. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Head of Client Relations with all client interactions including correspondence, coordinating with billing and production. Other responsibilities include managing the client database, maintaining packaging inventory, and assisting with client events. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented, have the focus and ability to learn software platforms, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. The role needs someone obsessed by client satisfaction and is fully attuned with the needs and expectations of HNWI. This role has a deep focus on Client Database Management. A successful coordinator will be extremely rigorous at keeping meticulous notes and records. Has the ability to learn software programs based in client management and has excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. This role requires a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, passion for beautiful design, and an obsession with luxury client satisfaction. This role acts as a brand ambassador at all times which requires a sophisticated and refined demeanor at all client facing moments.
