Sales Executive - Madison Ave

As a Sales Executive at Buccellati Madison Ave, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a strong client database. You will provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences through storytelling and product knowledge.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support after-sales clients.
• Support ecommerce clients and phone inquiries.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
• Cultivate new and nurture existing client relationships.
• Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
• Support in-store and off-site events to increase brand awareness.
• Comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
• Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards.

• High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
• Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with logistics and operations.
• Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to spend long periods of time standing.
