Sales Manager - Willow Bend

The Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus Willow Bend is responsible for enhancing the sales experience within the store's department(s), fostering cross-departmental partnerships, and driving the team towards achieving sales goals. This role requires on-site work and reports to a Senior Group Manager.

• Drive maximum sales and growth in alignment with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise and communication with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution, anticipating risks and roadblocks.
• Contribute to strategic goals and set departmental priorities.
• Review business with Buyers and discuss action plans for positive results.
• Establish plans and strategies with Client Development Leads.
• Analyze customer behaviors and adjust processes accordingly.
• Plan and manage departmental budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance and enforce department controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotion within the department.

• 4-6 years of relevant luxury retail fashion experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Experience in building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• "Win together" mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
