Summary
Sales Manager responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence at the Aventura Mall boutique. This role leads and coaches the sales team, supports store operations and loss prevention, and ensures exceptional luxury client experiences aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive sales and deepen client engagement.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Partner on corporate initiatives, team development, product training, and employee relations.
- Manage inventory accuracy by supporting cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Leverage CRM for appointment selling client acquisition and data enrichment.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and operational excellence.
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues with Store Leadership and Client Services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support boutique goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men's ready to wear products.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a results driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change.
- Knowledge of KPI metrics such as conversion UPT and repurchase rate.
- Experience using CRM for clienteling and appointment management.
