Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our San Francisco Boutique, you will be responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence. You will uphold brand standards and values while supporting the boutique's strategic goals.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives and daily operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive individual and store KPIs and develop strategic action plans.
• Mentor and coach team members by sharing best practices.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Support inventory accuracy and leverage CRM for client relationships.
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of boutique standards.
• Manage and resolve escalated client issues.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
