Sales Manager

• Oversee the Designated Sales Associate/Consultant program.

• Serve as manager-in-charge of the store as needed.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
• Evaluate inventory performance and develop improvement strategies.
• Participate in the development of store seasonal plans.
• Identify opportunities to drive business.
• Manage payroll expenses while ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and privacy policies.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience with accountability for driving sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to initiate change.
