Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable client service and represent the brand at all times
- Partner with store leadership on corporate initiatives and team development
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure loss prevention compliance
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, and repurchase rate
- Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and client engagement
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational boutique standards
- Manage escalated client issues with store leadership and client services
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
Requirements
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with women’s and men’s ready to wear
- Results driven with ability to meet KPIs
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays
