Sales Manager, Women's Designer Ready To Wear

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the sales experience for one or more Neiman Marcus store departments, driving sales and growth while creating a customer-oriented experience. This on-site role partners across departments and reports to a Senior Group Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive department sales and growth in alignment with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communication with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution, set departmental priorities, and contribute to store strategic goals.
• Review business with buyers and develop action plans to improve results.
• Partner with Client Development leads, analyze customer trends, and adjust processes and standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, people, product placement, sales promotions, and applicable audit controls.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and build, lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform required physical activities, including standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 10 pounds.
